International Delivery and Returns

Please note, that due to the unprecedented global situation, there could potentially be delays in delivery beyond the control of us or our couriers.

International Deliveries

We can send your shoes to almost anywhere in the world! Click below to see a fuller list of shipping destinations and transit times. If your country isn't listed, contact or use this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Our website prices include UK VAT (currently 20%); if your delivery address is outside the UK, VAT will be removed when you check out. To see the prices without VAT before check out, create an account with your billing and delivery address' and log in.

You may have to pay your country's customs charges and fees before your order will be released to you. We cannot advise you as to what these fees will be. We are unable to reimburse these costs. 

It is a legal requirement that we accurately provide customs information, including the combined value of the products and shipping.

In the rare event that you have not received your order within the dates we have advised when you placed your order, please contact us. Items sent out with the EU take longer to investigate (up to 25 days).

Please make sure you select a delivery address where you can sign for the order. If an item is returned to us uncollected or because you refuse to pay your Governments duty/tax, we will refund the cost of the order less any delivery and customs fees charged to us by the courier.

If you place your order after 2 pm, we will dispatch it the next working day. "Working Day" means Monday to Friday. Due to courier restrictions, we do not dispatch at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

Deliveries Outside Europe

We use Royal Mail along with their international delivery partners to deliver to countries outside Europe. All orders are sent using a "Tracked" service where one is available.

VAT at 20% (UK tax) will be removed from your order when you select an International delivery destination at the checkout. You may be liable for your country's customs charges (duty and/or tax) - please check this before placing your order. 

International Returns

Here is a quick guide to easily returning your shoes. If you have any queries about the process please call us on 0044 1721 725 705, use our contact form or email us. Please note, we are not able to arrange nor pay for the cost of returning items out with the UK. 

When your shoes arrive, please take the time to try on your shoes on a carpeted area so you are happy they fit, look great and bring you joy! If they don't, that is no problem; we are happy to refund any item returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returned items must be as new, unworn and in the original packaging to allow us to resell them.

Please complete the returns form you received with your shoes with the appropriate returns code for each item you would like to return. Enclose the completed returns form in the shoe box. Wrap securely in protective packaging and return to the address below.

If you are returning from outside the UK, please mark your customs label with "Returned Goods".

We strongly recommend you use a tracked postal service or courier when returning any goods to us. Please keep proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you decide you would like a different size or a different product, please place a new order for this item.

Christmas returns

For purchases made in November or December, we extend our returns period so you have until the 31st of January to return your goods.

We aim to process your refund on the day of receipt of your returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Funds may take up to a further 5 working days to appear in your account but are usually back with you within 2-3 days.

Faulty Returns

We work hard to make sure that everything reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is not as you expect please just give us a call us on 01721 725 705, use our contact form or email us we will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Royal Mail Shipping rates & estimated delivery times:

At the checkout, UK VAT of 20% will be deducted from the price of the item when you select a non-UK country as the shipping destination. Your government will charge VAT (tax) and they may charge Duty. Please check your governments website before ordering; you are responsible for paying any additional charges your government levies.

It is very unlikely that your parcel will get lost, but it is possible that it will get delayed. Please only proceed on the understanding that if there is an issue, you are aware that it could be a lengthy process before the parcel would be declared missing by Royal Mail and it would only be credited at that point.
