With these positions, you will go through our Management Training Programme which enables you to develop all the skills you need. Our Assistant Managers and Supervisors need to be sales and target driven, passionate about selling, willing to learn, positive, determined, pro-active, motivated and driven to ensure they achieve any challenge. Along with the personality to inspire and create a fun, energised environment in which they and their team can Shine!

Our shops are supported by our Head Office team in Peebles in the Scottish Borders. The Head Office team is made up of Finance, Buying & Merchandising, HR & Training, Operations and Warehousing. The responsibilities and skills required for Head Office will vary depending on the role.
