Rogerson Shoes gift vouchers are sent electronically on the date you select to the email address you provide. The recipient can choose to use their gift voucher online at www.rogersonshoes.com or in any Rogerson Shoes store. Payment for the gift voucher will be charged at the time of purchase, and not on the date of issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice and has no expiry date.
We hope the recipient enjoys trying things on in-store, or browsing and picking from the thousands of styles available online!
If the gift voucher is redeemed on www.rogersonshoes.com, the gift voucher will be allocated to the recipient's online account. If the recipient does not already have an online account, they can easily create one. Once the voucher is added to the online account, it shows as an “e-wallet credit”. The account holder can then choose to use the voucher balance at the checkout.
If the items purchased total less than the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay in the e-wallet for the recipient to use when ready. You can also purchase items of a higher value than the voucher and pay the difference.
For vouchers redeemed in-store, if the items purchased are less than the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance will be available to use in-store at a later date. The remaining balance can just as easily be used on-line as described above. Please note, once the voucher balance is added to your online e-wallet account, the balance cannot then be used in-store.
It’s no problem to exchange items bought using gift vouchers either in-store or online. You can also return items paid for with a voucher and a new voucher will be issued. Please note, we cannot refund items paid for with a voucher, only exchange or issue a new voucher.
Unwanted gift vouchers cannot be returned. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
